Ceramizer® CB-C is a preparation for regeneration and protection against wear of the friction surface of the gearbox in trucks.
Ceramizer® CB-C is an innovative additive to the transmission oil, which works in the conditions of normal engine operation, without dismantling the mechanism. The ceramic-metal layer is produced especially in the most worn areas. The protective coating compensates for any micro-damage, scratches and defects on surfaces exposed to frictional forces. The process of its production lasts from the application of the preparation to the moment of driving about 1500 km. The protective layer retains its properties over a distance of at least 100,000 km.
Why use ceramizer® CB-C transmission oil additive?
- The preparation for the gearbox provides regeneration of worn parts of the mechanism during normal operation, without dismantling.
- The strength and resistance of rubbing surfaces is increased by up to 8 times.
- Thanks to the ceramic-metal coating produced, it is possible to continue driving, even in the event of an emergency oil leak. In extreme cases, it is possible to drive up to 500 km.
- The addition to the transmission oil eliminates grinding and significantly facilitates gear changes.
