Shop regulations

I. General provisions

  • The Online Store, is owned by CERAMIZER D.Kosiorek Sp.k., 00-716 Warsaw, Bartycka 116, NIP: 726-263-91-26, REGON: 101054667, KRS: 000038840, District Court for Łódź Śródmieście, XX Commercial Division – National Court Register.
  • Telephone contact with the Online Store is possible from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 16:00, under no. Tel. (22) 498-09-08 ; (22) 216-75-17.
  • Contact by electronic means is possible around the clock:
  • Using the services of the store means acceptance of these regulations.
  • We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours – applies to working days.

Ii. Offer

  1. In the store you can buy preparations for regeneration and protection of internal combustion engines, gearboxes, transmissions, reducers, hydraulic power steering systems and a preparation for fuel refinement.
  2. All prices presented in the Online Store are gross prices and include 23% VAT. At the Customer’s request, we issue VAT invoices.
  3. The price applicable to the Customer is the same as the price on the website, increased by transport costs.

Iii. Rules for placing orders

  1. The online store accepts orders 24 hours a day, throughout the year. Orders accepted by the Store are carried out throughout the country, and in the case of choosing a foreign shipment to any place in the world.
  2. The basis for the implementation of the order placed by the Customer is the correct completion of the form at the final stage of placing the order. It is required to correctly fill in the fields of the form: – personal data ; -telephone number; – e-mail for possible order confirmation; – the address to which the ordered goods are to be delivered.
  3. It is possible to issue a VAT invoice. To receive a VAT invoice, select the “company” option in the order form. An entity conducting business activity is obliged to fill in the necessary additional fields of the form.
  4. Orders can be placed: – through the online store; directly: a list of distributors where to buy
  5. In case of suspicion of providing false data, the Online Store reserves the right to delete the order. In exceptional situations, we also reserve the right not to complete the order, of which the Customer will be informed.
  6. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed on subsequent business days according to the given deadlines.
  7. By placing an order in the Online Store, the buyer declares that he has read these regulations.
  8. By placing an order in the Online Store, the buyer, by clicking on the “Confirm purchase” button at the last step of the order, confirms the purchase of products that he added to the basket along with the obligation to pay (by bank transfer or cash on delivery) and at the same time confirms the final order by. the delivery option and the place of delivery that you have chosen.

Iv. Shipping costs, payment methods

The following payment methods are possible:

Personal collection – 0 PLN
Personal collection at the company’s headquarters at ul. Bartycka 116 in Warsaw is possible from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Before picking up in person, please call (22) 224980908 to make sure that your order is ready for collection. You can only pay for the products by prepayment (before arrival to collect the ordered products): traditional transfer, online transfer, payment card or payment PayPal.

Shipping ORLEN Parcel – 8,99 PLN

Orlen Paczka has over 6000 collection and dispatch points throughout Poland (Orlen petrol stations; Parcel vending machines ; kiosks and shops). The network of parcel vending machines and Orlen petrol stations is open 24/7. Orders are processed within 2-3 working days from the moment of their submission. Shipments are delivered to the selected collection point within 1-2 business days, and to parcel machines the next day. Collection of parcels is 3 days with the possibility of extending the deadline by 1 knitting via the mobile application. For orders over 150 PLN, shipping is free.

Shipping to InPost Parcel Locker – 13/15 PLN

The standard shipping cost to the Parcel Locker (including all Ceramizers) is PLN 13, however, in the case of purchases containing engine oils, due to their dimensions, the cost of delivery is PLN 15

InPost Parcel Lockers is a modern postal service, using a system of automatic POST boxes. In over 800 places in Poland there are characteristic yellow mailboxes where you can pick up the parcel 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You choose any parcel locker located in the most convenient location for you (find the nearest parcel locker).

Orders are processed within 48 hours from the moment of their submission (applies to working days). Shipments are delivered to the selected parcel locker within 1-2 business days. When the parcel is on the spot, you will receive a code by SMS, which you just need to enter next to the parcel locker so that the inbox automatically opens. It’s very simple, on average it takes only 17 seconds to collect a parcel. Collection of parcels from a parcel locker is a maximum of 48 hours.

Polish Post priority after transfer – 15 PLN for Ceramizers / 18 PLN for other products
Orders are processed within 2-3 working days from the moment of their submission. Ceramizers are sent by registered mail, pyrorite. The post office delivers orders, addressed to the territory of the Polish, on average in 3-5 business days.

Payment by bank transfer to the account – ordinary transfers (made at the post office, bank), online transfers, payment card payments and payment PayPal are accepted.


Courier after transfer – 14 PLN

Orders are processed within 48 hours from the moment of their submission (applies to working days). The DPD courier delivers the goods to the customer, to the indicated address throughout Poland, within 1-2 working days after sending the parcel.

Payment by bank transfer to the account – ordinary transfers (made at the post office, bank), online transfers, payment card payments and payment PayPal are accepted.

Cash on delivery – 19 PLN
Payment at the time of receipt of the order – in cash / card to the courier.

Orders are processed within 48 hours from the moment of their submission (applies to working days). The DPD courier delivers the goods to the customer, to the indicated address throughout Poland, within 1-2 working days after sending the parcel.

International shipping – 28 PLN**

Shipping worldwide after the transfer. Regular transfers (made at the post office, bank), online transfers, payment card payments and payment PayPal are accepted.

NOTE: we only ship Ceramizers abroad.

General rules :

  1. The shipping cost is fixed, regardless of the quantity and weight of the goods shipped.
  2. The shipping cost is covered by the Customer.
  3. The delivery time may be longer if the postman/courier does not find anyone at the given address. Ceramizer is not responsible for problems and delays in the delivery of the parcel attributable to the carrier – Poczta Polska, DPD courier, InPost (parcel lockers) or Orlen parcels.
  4. In the event of loss / destruction of the shipment by the carrier, the sender ( initiates the complaint process. The duration of the complaint depends on the deadlines given by the given carrier (usually domestic shipments up to 30 working days). After acknowledging the complaint, the transaction is settled and a possible refund or re-shipment of the ordered goods takes place.
  5. In the case of payment by regular transfer (made at the post office, in the bank), the title of the transfer should include the order number and the name and surname of the buyer. Lack of this information may increase the settlement time of the transaction.

** As a standard, foreign shipping costs 28 PLN. However, there are countries to which the shipping cost exceeds this value. The final price for international shipping to a specific country (after entering the address) will be displayed in the order summary.

V. Execution of orders

  1. All shipments leave our warehouse within 2-3 working days from the moment of placing the order.
  2. Exceptionally, the delivery time may be extended to 2-3 days (promotional campaigns, holiday period, etc.).
  3. The deadline for the execution of the order is not synonymous with the date of delivery of the goods.
  4. The total time – after which the customer will receive the ordered products includes:
    A) Delivery time – completing products, packing and sending the parcel (2-3 working days from the moment of placing the order).
    B) Transport time – depends on the type of shipment (DPD courier, post office, parcel locker, Orlen) – you can read more about the time and cost of transport at Iv. Shipping costs, payment methods.

Vi. Warranties, complaints and returns of goods

  1. If the Customer notices that the product he received has defects (quality or other arising during delivery), he has the right to file a complaint. You should then send back the defective goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product along with a description of the reasons for the complaint (ready form for download), providing your data.
  2. The online store reserves the right to a 2-day period of consideration of the complaint from the moment of receipt of the return shipment, and undertakes to inform the Customer about the actions taken.
  3. The Customer of the Online Store has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days without giving a reason. The goods should be sent in the original, undamaged packaging along with all its contents. The product must not bear any traces of use. A refund in an amount equal to the price paid by the Customer for a given product will be sent within 7 business days from the moment of receipt of the return shipment, by bank transfer to the bank account number provided by the Customer (ready form for download). In the case of payment by payment card, the refund will be made to the Customer’s payment card. The cost of transporting the returned product is covered by the Customer. Ceramizer refunds the amount for products and additionally refunds for the delivery of ordered products in the amount of the cheapest delivery available in the store amounting to PLN 11.
  4. The Customer is obliged to pay due attention to the condition in which he receives the parcel, as this will be a condition for the Online Store to take into account returns due to damage caused during transport. As soon as the Customer notices any irregularities, damage to the shipment, a damage report should be drawn up (at the postman, courier) and immediately report this fact to the store staff.

Vii. Security procedures and protection of personal data

  1. By creating an account in the store and providing his personal data, the User accepts the Regulations of the online store
  2. Personal data will be processed in order to process an online order or answer a question until the end of the sales process: including issuing an invoice and conducting financial reporting. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to provide the service.
  3. The administrator of personal data is Ceramizer sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Bartycka 116, 00-716 Warsaw. The basis for data processing is the performance of the contract – art. Article 6(6) 1 lit. B Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 (“GDPR”).
  4. Recipients processed by Ceramizer sp. only external entities supporting the handling of online orders (e.g. couriers) and ICT systems will be personal data. The Customer’s personal data will not be transferred to other recipients to a third country or international organizations.
  5. In connection with processing by Ceramizer sp. z o.o. personal data, the Customer has the right to access the content of the data, the right to rectify them, the right to delete data (the right to be forgotten), the right to limit processing, the right to object and the right to transfer data. Statements regarding the implementation of the above-mentioned rights can be submitted to the Inspector for Personal Data Protection at the following e-mail address:
  6. In connection with the Customer’s rights resulting from the warranty for defects in the goods, which are described in art. 556 et seq. of the Civil Code and fiscal obligations of Ceramizer sp. z o.o., personal data will be processed and stored for 5 years from the end of the sales process.
  7. If the Customer considers that his personal data is processed contrary to the provisions of applicable law, he has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body (i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection).
  8. In order to provide services at the highest level, and to adapt them to the individual needs of the Customer, websites and use cookies. Using the website without changing the settings for cookies means that they will be placed on the Customer’s end device. The Customer may change the settings for cookies at any time.
  9. Ceramizer sp. z o.o. will not share personal data concerning him with other entities without the Customer’s consent. This does not apply to cases where such disclosure will be permitted or necessary under the relevant legal provisions.

VIII. Final provisions

  1. In matters not specified by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
