  1. If the customer notices that the received product has defects (quality or other defects caused during delivery), he has the right to file a complaint. The defective goods should then be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product together with a description of the reasons for the complaint ( ready-to-download form ), providing your details.
  2. The Ceramizer.pl Online Store reserves the right to a 2-day period for considering the complaint from the moment of receiving the return shipment, and undertakes to inform the Customer about the actions taken.
  3. The customer of the Ceramizer.pl Online Store has the right to return the purchased goods within 10 days without giving any reason. The goods should be sent in the original, undamaged packaging with all its contents. The product cannot bear any traces of use. The refund in the amount equal to the price that the customer paid for the product will be sent within 7 working days from the receipt of the return shipment, by bank transfer to the bank account number provided by the customer ( ready-to-download form ). In the case of payment by a payment card, the refund will be made to the Customer’s payment card. The cost of transporting the returned product is covered by the customer.
  4. The customer is obliged to pay due attention to the condition in which he receives the parcel, as this will be a condition for the Ceramizer.pl Online Store to take into account returns due to damage caused during transport. As soon as the customer notices any irregularities, damage to the shipment, a damage report should be drawn up (at the postman’s, courier’s) and immediately reported to the store staff.
