Manual for motorcycle chains (CMC)

The highest efficiency in the use of Ceramizer is achieved by® strictly following the recommendations and instructions.

1. Do not remove the lube during the whole ceramization process (500 km or 10 mth).
2. Ceramizer® CMC can be used in road motorcycles as well as off-road motorcycles.
3. Efficient in O-ring, X-ring and Z-ring motorcycle chains.
4. Lowered dosage of Ceramizer® will not bring the expectec effects.
5. It is not advised to use too much lube on account of the lube splashing risk. Applying too much lube will not make the regeneration process faster.
6. For optimal effect it is advised to apply Ceramizer® CMC on a clean chain.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

1. It is advised to apply Ceramizer® CMC on a clean chain.
2. You can use Ceramizer® CMC at any given stage of chain exploitation.
3. Ceramizer® CMC works as a lube for the chain and sprockets but it is enriched with ceramic particles which enables it to additionally protect the chain and sprockets against wear and tear thus prolonging their lifespan and flawless operation period.
4. CMC can be used with any type of metal.
5. Ceramizer® CMC can be applied on other chains than motorcycle after consulting the producer.

INSTRUCTION:

1. Clean the chain from lube residue and dirt.
2. Apply the lube evenly on the inner surface of the chain (links) squeezing it out from one syringe on the whole length of the chain.
3. On occasion of repeated lubrication, when the chain is not covered in sand or mud, reapply 1/2 a syringe.
4. Conduct repeated lubrication after chaving cleaned the chain.

Apply the lube evenly on the mid part of the link. During first chain turns it will be distributed all over the whole surface. The consistency of the lube enables it to penetrate under the chain seals and thus reach all working areas of chain and sprockets. Do not apply excessive quantities of lube on particular links.

COMMENTS:

Minor leaks from underneath the syringe piston may occur; such product is still considered as ready to use.

SAFETY:

1. The product is safe in accordance with current EU standards.
2. Store below +40 oC.
3. We guarantee, that Cermizer CMC will not do any harm to chain or sprockets.
4. Does not contain lead, teflon, molybdenum or any otehr compounds that may be harmful to the chain or sprockets.
5. Keep out of reach of children.

Using Ceramizer® CMC on a regular basis protects the chain and sprockets as conventional lube enabling a quiet and flawless operation and on account of the metal-ceramic layer provides additional protection and regeneration.
One lubrication lasts for even up to 1000 km which influences driving comfort consierably and reduces motorcycle maintenance workload.
