The highest efficiency in the use of Ceramizer is achieved by® strictly following the recommendations and instructions.

  1. Ceramizer® can be mixed with any type of oil and used for all types of two-stroke engines.
  2. An underestimated dose of Ceramizer will not bring the® expected results.
  3. An inflated (e.g. 2 x larger) dose of Ceramizer does® not cause any side effects.
  4. For an exhausted (over 50% wear) engine, it is recommended to additionally use Ceramizer® by applying it to the cylinder walls through the hole after the unscrewed candle.

THE PACKAGE CONTAINS:

  1. This manual.
  2. One dispenser of an easily oil-soluble preparation with a net weight of 4 g.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

  1. We recommend measuring the pressure of the compression end (before and after machining) in the cylinders of the engine – to confirm the effectiveness of the Ceramizer®
  2. Ceramizer can be used after arrival, i.e. after 1000 km or 20 mth (operating hours).
  3. Use prophylactically to protect the engine from the effects of friction, significantly extending its service life and trouble-free operation time.
  4. Can be used with any type of oil.
  5. Can be used in two-stroke engines of any machines and devices.
  6. Can be used in motors with nikasil.

STATEMENT:

Stage I – Ceramizer® up to 1 liter of oil.

  1. Mix ceramizer dose® with 1 l of oil.
  2. Use a® liter of oil with Ceramizer, adding to the fuel in the proportion according to the recommendations of the engine manufacturer.
  3. Before each addition of a portion of oil to the fuel or automatic lubrication tank – the oil with Ceramizer® must be shaken repeatedly.
  4. Operate the engine with a mixture of fuel and oil with Ceramizer® for at least 700 km avoiding high revs and overloads.
  5. After consuming 1 liter of oil, the fuel filter should be organoleptically checked and if it gets dirty, it should be replaced.

Stage II – Ceramizer® to the cylinder.

  1. Warm up the engine to an operating temperature of 80 to 90 degrees C (e.g. after driving or at least after 10 minutes of engine idling).
  2. Turn off the engine
  3. Unscrew the spark plug.
  4. Set the piston at the upper turning point
  5. Apply 1/2 dose of Ceramizer® through the hole after the unscrewed candle (trying to distribute Ceramizer® over the walls of the cylinder).
  6. Activate the clearance in the vehicle/device.
  7. Without screwing in the candle, turn the crankshaft several dozen times (e.g. using a starter for a few seconds or in the case of small motors – a drill)
  8. Apply the remaining 1/2 dose of Ceramizer® through the hole after the unscrewed candle (trying to distribute Ceramizer® over the cylinder walls) and repeat points 6 and 7.
  9. Screw in the candle.
  10. Start the engine, leave at idle for about 15 minutes.

Both stages of using Ceramizer® are recommended to be performed in the same application cycle.

COMMENTS:

  1. In case of mechanical damage to the engine (eg. cracked piston ring, deep scratches on the smooth
    cylinder, etc.) defects should be repaired, after which Ceramizer® treatment should be applied.
  2. In the case of engine overhaul, you should drive 1000-2000 km from the moment of renovation and only then use Ceramizer®.
  3. Ceramizer® does not regenerate places where there is friction of rubber or plastics against metal.
  4. Dispensers/syringes that have a small leakage from under the plunger are also considered correct
    Filled.

SAFETY:

  1. The product is safe in accordance with current EU standards.
  2. Ceramizer® is oil neutral, it can be used for any oil – it does not change the physicochemical and rheological parameters of the oil (this is confirmed by the expertise of the Air Force Institute of Technology NO. 6/55/08)
  3. Store below +40 oC. If the storage temperature exceeds +40oC, the product can be sedimented, then the preparation should be shaken and cooled to a temperature below +40oC to use it safely.
  4. It does not contain Teflon or molybdenum.
  5. Ceramizer® causes an increase in reliability, which ensures increased safety of travel and use of devices.
  6. Keep out of reach of children.

RESEARCH:

Effectiveness confirmed by tests and opinions of users posted on the www.ceramizer.pl.

EFFECTIVENESS:

The ceramic-metal layer produced remains effective and durable for about 15,000 km of mileage or 300 km
Mth. After this mileage, it is recommended to re-apply Ceramizer® 2T – to a two-stroke engine.
