Manual for four-stroke engines (CSOS)

The highest efficiency in the use of Ceramizer is achieved by® strictly following the recommendations and instructions.

  1. During the entire ceramization process (1.5 thousand km or 900 miles) do not change the oil. The next oil change should be carried out according to maintenance schedule.
  2. Ceramizer® is suitable for all types of oil and for all types of combustion engines: petrol engines, Diesel with injectors, with direct injection common-rail, with sequential and distributor pumps, for engines powered by gas, turbocharged, those with catalyzers and with lambda probe.
  3. Lowered dose of Ceramizer® than recommended will not provide the expected results.
  4. Increased dose doesn’t cause any side effects, it only lengthens the process of cermet layer creation.
  5. Ceramizer® can be used at every stage of utilization, but at best just after oil exchange.
  6. Use Ceramizer® as a preventive measure to protect the engine against friction and to extend it’s operating life.

THE PACKAGE CONTAINS:

  1. One dispenser with a net weight of 4 g.
  2. This manual.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

  1. Measure the pressure of the compression end (before and after machining) in the engine cylinders – to confirm the effectiveness of the Ceramizer®.
  2. Use at every stage of operation, preferably directly at the oil change, to continue driving with Ceramizer as long as possible (until the next oil change®).
  3. Use primarily prophylactically, to protect the engine against the effects of friction, significantly extending its service life and time of trouble-free operation.
  4. Can be used with any type of oil and used for all types of internal combustion engines: gasoline, gas-powered, diesel with: unit injectors, common-rail direct injection, sequential and distributor pumps, turbocharging, spain catalyst, DPF or FAP filter, lambda sensor.
  5. During full processing (1500 km) do not change the oil.
  6. Use together with Ceramizer® for gearboxes, rear axles, power steering, fuel refiner.
  7. The preparation can be used in internal combustion engines of any industrial machinery and equipment after prior consultation with the Ceramizer® manufacturer.

STATEMENT:

  1. Warm the engine up to working temperature of 80-90 ºC, (e.g. after drive or engine operation at idle gear for at least 10 minutes).
  2. Turn off the engine.
  3. Turn off the oil filler plug and inject the dispenser(s) content through the filler plug.
  4.  Put the oil filler plug back on.
  5. Start the engine and run on idle gear for 15 minutes.
  6. Cover the distance of 200 km/125 miles (not necessarily in one-time) with care, do not exceed engine rotational speed of 2700 rpm (if the lower rpm is and higher engine’s friction than more effective creation of the cermet coating will be achieve).
  7. Note: 200 km mileage – can be replaced by 4 hours of engine idling. One hour at idle – corresponds to 50 km/ 30 miles of driving.
  8. Engines which work is specified in moto hours (mth) should be run within 5 mth (not necessarily in one-time) not exceeding speed of 3000-3200 rpm. After completing the distance of 5 mth, you may drive at any speed. The process of ceramization is completed after 30 mth.
  9. Following making 200 km /125 miles or engine operation on idle gear for 4 h, you may drive at any speed. The process of forming of ceramic-metal coating follows during 1500 km/900 miles, but in normal working conditions. Do not change oil within this period!
  10. In case of vehicles with high mileage or which consume oil, application of dispensers in 2 phases is recommended. Firstly apply a half of the required dosage of dispensers according to attached user manual, and then after making ca. 500 km/300 miles apply remaining dispensers in the same manner. This procedure ensures optimum ceramic-metal coating of surfaces subjected to friction.

COMMENTS:

  1.  If any Teflon or molybdenum components have been added to the oil before, we recommend exchanging this oil and to clean the mechanism before applying Ceramizer®. Otherwise its effectiveness will be reduced and the process of cermet creation will be longer.
  2. In case of any mechanical damages of the engine e.g. cracked or scorched piston ring, leaky valve, deep scratches on the cylinder etc., they should be repaired before adding Ceramizer®.
  3. Ceramizer® does not recondition any places where friction of rubber or plastic with metal parts occurs.
  4. In case of engines without automatic adjustment of valve clearance, after Ceramizer® treatment and 1500 km /900 miles, (clatters of valves are heard ) – a valve regulation should be performed.
  5. If the engine is equipped with a centrifugal oil filter, it should be cleaned before applying Ceramizer®. In these types of filters molecules of Ceramizer® may settle on the filter, therefore the amount that reaches the friction surfaces is reduced.
  6. Dispensers/syringes that have a small leakage from under the plunger are also considered to be properly filled.

SAFETY:

  1. The product is safe in accordance with current EU standards.
  2. Store below +40 oC. If the storage temperature exceeds +40 oC, the product can be sedimented, then the preparation should be shaken and cooled to a temperature below +40 oC to use it safely.
  3. It does not clog oil filters or oil channels.
  4. It does not contain Teflon or molybdenum.
  5. A particulate filter is a metal can filled inside with metal or ceramic fibers on which soot particles are deposited, which are burned under certain operating conditions of the vehicle. Ceramizer® does not change the rheological parameters of the oil, does not cause the formation of soot particles, sulfate ashes, phosphorus and sulfur, therefore, it does not affect the work of DPF / FAP and can be safely used in engines with DPF or FAP.
  6. Keep out of reach of children.

RESEARCH:

Effectiveness confirmed in tests posted on the www.ceramizer.pl.

EFFECTIVENESS:

Provides protection against wear and tear for minimum of 15 000 km/900 miles Ceramizer® can be used again after this mileage.
