Purpose of measurement:
The technical condition of the upper part of the engine, without disassembly, can be assessed on the basis of the compression pressure in the cylinders.
Pressure  of compression engine test is used to check the overall usage: pistons, piston rings, cylinder strokes and  valves..
Measurement of compression also allows you to evaluate the condition of head gasket and helps to exclude or confirm the damage.








How to measure the compression pressure?

Compression pressure measurement test should be performed under the following preconditions:

  • Checked and if necessary adjusted valve clearance.
  • Efficient starter.
  • A fully charged battery in order to obtain a minimum of 150 ÷ 200 rpm of the crankshaft.
  • The engine warmed up to operating temperature (at least 70 ° C. The whole time of measurement).

Compression pressure is measured on all cylinders in the following manner:

  1. Disconnect the injection system (injectors) - if it is not too difficult. Fuel supply system can, in many cases by removing the fuse disconnect the electrical supply fuel pump.
  2. Disconnect the ignition and unscrew all the candles (before unscrewing candles  you should clean the outlets with compressed air).
  3. To remove the remaining fuel mixture start the engine for a moment.
  4. In the spark plug socket hole of the first cylinder  press the device   to obtain  measurement  at the end of the tool. Start the engine and thus introduce the motion of the piston-crank until the pressure gauge  stops scrolling (maximum pressure). When measuring, valves must be fully open (the accelerator pedal pressed to floor).
  5. Similarily measure the remaining cylinders.
  6. Steps must be completed quickly, not to allow the engine to cool down.
  7. Optionally, we can do the oil test.


Purpose of measurement:
An attempt to determine whether an oil leak and which type of it occurs in the engine. It also helps to evaluate the extent to which engine is exploited.
For cylinders where tow low compression pressure has been noted, there is another test called the oil test.

For the cylinders in which the compression pressure is too low, we pour 5 ml of oil and measure the compression pressure again.

Directly before the measurement we pour the 5 ml to particular cylinders.

To obtain correct results it is advised to measure particular cylinders without oil and than repeat it with oil.

Measurement must be done quickly in order not to let the engine cool down.

Any disassembly and reassembly of unit or component, which cooperate with  otherpart, entails certain consequences: it is not always desirable and normal process of replacing already settled (shaped, with a fixed texture) parts, especially in the case of replacement of one of the cooperating parts may bring effects far from the expected ones.

Proof of this is a test carried out in the presence of many employees of Professional Fire Brigade from Przasnysz.
As For the test vehicle - Polonez 1500 with mileage of about 129000 km. After about 3000 km since application of the Product,  oil was drenched  from the engine.

On 09.03.2005 r. The route Przasnysz - Szczytno - Przasnysz -distance 303 km was made with this vehicle. The next day, we continued driving without oil, the vehicle  travelled another 206 km distance.
After reaching the goal - to defeat a total of 509 km test has been completed. Still efficient and working,  The engine was dismantled and sent for further testing.
During the test vehicle was powered by LPG, which provides for extreme operating conditions of the engine.
During the entire test, the engine temperature did not exceed the standard, ie. 90 ° C.
Driving took place both in the city and outside the city.
In driving the vehicle outside the city we  moved with an average speed of 80 km / h.
The test result confirm the effectiveness of Ceramizers®.


Annual savings resulting from the possible application of Ceramizer®  to about 16 million. passenger cars in Poland are: 4680  000 000 zł, approximately 5 billion zł (of these savings one  could  built over 200 km of motorways / year).

As a result ofthose hypothetical savings  the natural enviroment will be the biggest beneficiary, because we  would  not use 560 000 000  liters of fuel and 4 000 000 liters of oil, and would  not emit into the atmosphere 2 128 000 tonnes of CO2. The figures for annual savings relates to the 16 million estimated passenger cars in Poland.

We assume that the average annual car  makes 15 thousand km and consumes an average of 8 liters of gasoline / 100 km, it is at the current price of gasoline 4,5zł / l we get the amount of fuel cost - 5400 zł. / Year.

  1. We assume that the product reduces fuel consumption by at least 3% =then we get savings of 160 zł / year for 1 car. If you multiply this amount by 1 million cars we get that our customers will save annually 160 million. zł, which is more than 35 million liters of fuel saved.
  2. Reducing min 5% of oil consumption gives an estimated savings of 7.5 zł / year for 1 car. If you multiply this amount by 1 million vehicles= you get the operators of the vehicles will save annually 7.5 million zł, which is more than 250 thousandliters of oil saved.
  3. As a result, 35 million liters of petrol will not be emitted to the atmosphere as CO2 (as a product of combustion of gasoline) in the amount of 133000 tons. It is assumed that the emission of 1 ton of CO2 costs 15 euros, so we obtain global savings of 7 million. zł, and what is important, usage ceramizer® will reduce the so called  greenhouse effect.
  4. It is estimated that reducing the consumption of parts of the car and extending the life of the vehicle will help  save  150 zł per year for each car. So for 1 million. cars get savings of 150 million. zł.
  5. In addition, we obtain an increase in reliability of  mechanisms that translates into an increase in the safety of the vehicle. Even after emergency oil spill car still retains its efficiency, and can climb drive  even up to 500 km. These are important advantages especially important in critical situations like oil spill and the necessity to  reach the nearest repair facility.
  6. Assuming average annual car mileage will reach 15 thousand km and considering that the durability of the   cermet layer is 70000 km, the total cost (160 zł) of the use of Ceramizers® can be spread on the period of 5 years. The cost of application of ceramizers to the gearbox and the engine will be only 32 zł per year for 1 car.

For 1 million cars annual cost of use of the product is 32 million. zł.

As a result of use of Ceramizers® for 1 million cars - the estimated savings are measurable: 292.5 million. zł (about 83.5 million euros). Not to mention the benefits for the natural envoroment.
